Hi! I'm revamping the site! Most photos might not appear because of Photobucket *rolls eyes*. Might try to host them in another place but eh.

How To Bake Handmade Cereal Chocolate Chip Cookies

[Posted @ 9:45 PM]
Alright then everyone, round up round up. Here's my brother's version of handmade cereal chocolate chip cookies. I don't know how he did it, he didn't even use any measuring cup or whatever crap lol. Use a good old spoon and some common uh i mean six sense.

First, you preheat the oven, depends on how long you take to do the whole process la, usually 20-30mins lor. Next, 4-5 tablespoon of flour, 1/6 of a butter block [To your liking, how buttery you want] then you mix it.

Add in 2 1/2 tablespoon of cereal, 1/8 tablespoon of baking powder, 3 tablespoon of brown sugar. Then mix.

Add vanilla essence in an egg, then mix it up before you pour in the mixture. [Why add vanilla essence in the egg and not in the mixture? It's because vanilla essence is alcohol based, so it's better to add in the egg than in the flour mixture.] Then continue mixing it up till it becomes a nice dough.

Chop some unbaked chocolate bars or any chocolate bars, after breaking it into chunks, mix it up with the dough. After that, roll them into balls [Depends on how big you would like it to be] then use a metal spoon to flatten into nice flat circles.

Put it in the oven for usually 15-20mins, check it often so that it won't get burnt. When it's nice and golden brown, take it out and place them on a cooling rack when the cookies to turn cool. Then you can just eat it or store them in a air-tight container for a day before you eat it.

I think that's all. Hmm. Oh Chuz said if you want some crunchiness, you can crush some almonds in too. If you want it to be chocolaty flavoured, add in some cocoa powder inside so that it'll turn into a chocolate colour and taste like chocolate la.

Oh a little side tracked tip, Chuz made cheese salmon for dinner just now, yum yum, there's no fish after taste because he said he added wine inside. When i asked him how did he know, he merely replied, 'Those chefs on cooking programmes always do that mahz.' LoL.

I'm proud to have a brother who likes baking and cooking lol. Well cya.
